We want you to love your CabinZero bag, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Our hassle-free process ensures that your travel gear meets your expectations every time.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it securely to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
